When things are hard and you feel discouraged and you just can't find the words to pray do not give up. Jesus can also hear us through worship and praise.
In Psalm 34, David reminds us that we should praise God through the good times and bad. Praise should fill our hearts everyday, no matter our circumstances.
I have found myself so many times in a situation where I can't even find words to pray. But once I get in my shower or prayer room, I begin to worship Him and to praise Him. Then the floodgates of heaven are open and words flow out and I start praying.
